Tandemonium 2 Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 To all tandem cyclists. My cannondale tandem is fitted with shimano hubs with the thread on side for screw on drum brakes . Apparently DT Swiss sells an adapter which can be screwd on to attach a disc brake rotor . The frame at rear has brackets to attach the disc brakes . Has anybody done this conversion and if so , would you advice the route and where in SA can this screw on attachment be bought .
