Had a wipe out the other day and one of the bikes  disk rotors got bend, can I replace the rotor with shimano ext. or is it better not to mix it up. Anybody have any experience please.

Thanks.

Any disc in the same size should be fine provided your RX's are fitted with organic pads.

If your pads are carbon ceramic, sintered or semi-metal, Theres a slight chance you may need a specific disc. But a bike shop can tell you that.

Best to have the bike checked out instead of just fitting a new rotor yourself. Any impact strong enough to bend a disc could potentially have cause damage elsewhere. You probably going to need to true your wheel, check the axle/skewer and brake caliper.
