Cyclosport - Excellent Service

I came across these guys while searching for some 9 speed road bike components, asked on the hub for feedback and everyone confirmed that they give excellent service.  

So I ordered a few items I needed (and a few I didn't need  ), including a crankset of which there was only 1 item left in stock on their website.  Shortly after my order I received a call from the owner (Eloff) advising me that the crankset was just fitted to a bike in the store and they do not have one to send at the moment but he can refund me or if I don't mind waiting a day or two longer he will order a replacement one and send it as soon as possible. 2 days later I received a mail with my tracking number and less than 48 hours later I had my package in my hands.

 

This might not be exceptional service in everyone's book, but anyone that communicates like Eloff did (telling me the truth and not bull sh$%#ng me to try and still make a sale) deserves some credit.

I have since ordered from them again, and received my goods again within 48 hours.  I had a query about an item I ordered of which I received a similar part but not the exact one ordered (there were 2 items with similar descriptions and I did not notice when selecting the item) - sent Eloff a mail asking about it, he then offered and sent the correct part at his cost to me (and refused that I send the incorrect item back) - and these weren't expensive items, it was less than R100.  I will definitely be using them again
