Pre Cycle Tour Ride

Can anyone tell me if a pre-cycle tour ride exists? 

 

I'm told there is usually a ride that take place the Saturday before the ride? 

 

If there is where doesn't start and what time?

I normaly arrange one, but with the circumstance the way they are this year, I thought it prudent not to add to the congestion on the roads.

 

Normaly starts at Virgin Active Greenpoint, Slow ride to foot of Suikerbossie, turn round, stop for Coffee / Brekkie in Kampsbay and then back to VA.

 

But I'm not doing it this year. Rest of you guys are free to do it, should you wish.
