Cycling related farewell gift

Hi All,

 

A colleague of mine has resigned and our team would like to get him a gift. We're look at getting a jersey or something but only have about R1000 to spend. Found this at CWC but its over our budget and is obnly available in medium. He would probably require a large, maybe even XL as apparently these makes are small. The German colours would suit him perfectly as he is German.
