Group rides Umhlanga/Gateway/La Lucia next week....?

Hi Guys,

 

I'll be staying in Umhlanga for a week from Sat. Do u know of any groups meeting at Gateway/Umhlanga/La Lucia area? I'll probably take my road & mtb with. Pace i would say 30-32kmph(road)  ... 

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe hook up with the East Coast guys (info here) for their Saturday ride.

 

For bunch riding during the week, most locals will be found on the 5km loop Moses Mabhida-Suncoast-Blue Lagoon lap course.

• Monday is very quiet (rest day). The guys mainly come out on Tues, Wed, Thurs.
• Some veeery fast guys on that loop, with other bunches going round at more manageable speeds (just hook up with the group you're comfortable with).
• The road is reserved for cyclists from 04h00 - 06h30 in the mornings and 16h00 - 18h30 every evening, which is great because it allows for safe and fast bunch riding.
