MTB hardtail frame

Hi guys,

 

So my frame recently got damaged and I'm hoping to get insurance to replace the frame. I am currently riding a Momsen SL729, which they don't make anymore. I therefore can basically choose any hardtail frame to replace it with...I would like your suggestions on some great frames?

Thanks, at the moment it looks like i'm going with the swift dvore
