Golfer's elbow and MTB

Anyone had any experience with golfer's elbow resulting from cycling (MTB) and how to cure this?  More than a year of physiotherapy, two bike setups, three platelet injections, no improvement...

I had that about three months ago. I increased my MTB cycling a lot and started getting a constant pain in my elbow. Went to see my GP and he gave me a cortizone injection. Told me it was going to be sore for a day or so. He did not lie! I was in terrible pain for two days. However, have not had any discomfort since, and I ride a lot. Will I have that injection again? Not sure - next time I will just exercise less for a while and see if that does not help.
