The way he managed to get himself up and is moving by himself I reckon his okay. Under those circumstances I would also move him.

 

Might be, but then again he is pumping adrenaline in a massive scale, so he would  likely not be fully aware of any underlying injuries. 50/50 chance moving him like that. Yes, to save his life in imminent danger, but rather make the scene safe by diverting traffic and make sure he is not in any immediate danger before assessing his injuries, and if it is safe to do so, then move him.
