Sigma Rox and Strava

battling to upload my Sigma Rox 10 data to strava, can anyone assist please

Both me and my wife has the ROX 10.0

 

The upload is literally just two clicks now. (Click on share right top, click on Strava and you're done)

 

I initially also struggled to manage the two devices and two different strava accounts on one computer, so I created a separate user for her and linked only her ROX 10.0 to Sigma Data Center on her account, and only mine to Data Center on my account.

 

But generally my only issue was to log into strava from Sigma Data Center.

I now do it as follows

• Log into facebook
• Open Sigma Datacenter
• Select the entry I want to upload to Strava, click share (right top), click Strava
• It will then try and connect to your strava account, and may not be able to do so for some reason.
• I then choose to log into Strava using my facebook login and it always works

The problem is if one person is logged into facebook but a different one wants to upload to strava, then Sigma Data Center struggles to log in to strava

 

That's about all I can think of, it's really not difficult at all.
