Riding/training around waverley,pta

The Waverly Group should still be active.  If anybody wants confirmation then I can try and confirm tommorow and might be able to give a phone number of someone who trains there or give you the exact meeting Point.  They used to start at 5.00 but one or two oaks would start earlier.  It was normally a quick 30 km ride in the morning for me.

 

CorrieKuilder, you could also go into the Meyerspark, Val de Grace, Murrayfield and even the Willows area.  Most of the roads are not too busy there.  If you Need more info, PM me.  I grew up in that valley.

Did 4 laps of the Waverley route this morning starting at 5:30, very pleasant if a little on the cool side, quiet good condition roads, only one intersection gets too busy after 7.
