Cycle Tour of Hope - Ray of Hope Charity - 3 Days Behind Bars

Each year a group of intrepid cyclists ride from Clarens to Johannesburg to raise money for Rays of Hope. Year by year the tour has grown both in participation and value in what it has been able to raise for the charity.

Rays of Hope is a non-profit organisation. Its focus is on unemployment, health care, education, and child-headed households (i.e. homes without parents/grandparents). Child-headed households are homes which are run by one of the remaining children, as the parents have either passed away or have deserted the family.

This year we have set ourselves a target of R1 Million, which will all go directly to the causes supported, as all of the costs of the tour are covered by entry fees & corporate sponsor.
