Bravo1 Posted August 26, 2015 Share Im looking at getting myself a Multisport GPS watch. The Tomtom Multisport has drawn my attention due to 2 reasons...- price is considerably less than competitors - the bike mount does not make use of the wristbands to secure it to the handlebar therefore not comprimising the lifespan of the wristband. At the moment my training consists of 80% MTB , 10% swimming and 10% road/trail running.Ive thought of getting myself a cycling spesific GPS but would really benefit the GPS/HRM during my runs as well. The only thing that makes me hesitant in the buy of a multisport watch, is that most guys I've spoken to told me that doesn't matter which Multisport watch I get, the bike mount is always an issue and never matches the ''holding/securing'' capability of a cycle - specific GPS/HRM( especially when doing long mtb rides or even short stage races? ) Any thoughts on the above? Anyone out the thats got a TomTom Multisport and does a lot of MTB'ing with it?
