DeonKriel Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 I have a Specialized FSR 29er with play on the front hub. The play seem to be in the left side dust cap. Everything tighten up nicely in or out of the fork, but you can feel play on the left side of the hub. Anyone else experience something similar?
River Rat Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 I think the bearings are shot. Had the same problem and replaced the bearings, cost about R70.00 for the bearings problem solved.

V12man Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Thanks guys, bearings coming out tonightJust repack the new bearings before you put them in - fill them up with good waterproof grease - they won't spin really well for a while - but ignore that - it will loosen up pretty quickly.
