Valve extenders that work with removable cores

Looking for valve extenders like the Zipps that will allow me to move the valve core to the top of the extender.

What's available locally and where can I find them? set of 3 would be ideal.

I'm sure the ones I have are Continental valve extenders for tubes with removable cores. I did buy them in the uk, but I'm sure anyone stocking Contis will have them. Much better than the Zipp extenders, I find that the end of the valve closes itself after a while, and it's a mission to open if the end of the valve sits lower than your deep section...

Does this allow for the core to screwed in on the top so I can use it like a normal valve?
