I stopped together with 2 other people on Saturday to assist a cyclist who had fallen off his bike on Bryanston Drive. I didn't catch ur name in the chaos but would love to know if ur okay? Does anyone know of a Spanish mountain biker living in Morningside, married to Marina? Would love an update on how you are doing and hope your recovery is going well.
