here is an idea that will never work: An alarm clock app which checks a weather report and lets me sleep in when it is rubbish weather and not suitable for riding... Problem is I'm yet to see a CPT weather report that works :-)

Out of interest, how long do Di2 batteries last on a single charge?

As far as I know about 300km on a charge. Depends how gearchanges tho. Once you add in electronic suspension and seatpost controls and integration with HRMs etc it will reduce.

 

And this got me wondering if a piezoelectric generator in the front or rear suspension could work. It uses bump energy and not the rider's
