A keen ex JHB roadie, young fit fifty something year old, relocated part time to Cape Town escaping the rat race and now resident is Sea Point and looking to join up with a group for mid week and weekend rides.

Otherwise just ride along the Sea Point to Llandudno stretch. There are plenty of groups riding, so hook up with a few of them and ask when and where they meet.
