KevinG Posted December 8, 2015 Share My XTR brake lever recently stopped working. When I pull the brake lever it doesn't return to its original position. Either the shaft is sticking on the seal or the spring is not working. Not sure. Anyway, Shimano says they cannot be repaired but I have heard there are guys who are able to repair these.
