SpruitCommuter Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 I bought a pair of crossrides secondhand only to realise that the front wheel is set up with a 10mm QR while my fork will only take a 9mm QR. Where can I source different end caps to convert down to 9mm. Should I just file 1mm off? Thanks in advance.

It turns out that the guy who sold me the wheelset in the first place actually machined the 10mm converters himself on a lathe. He has been very helpful and will trim the extra off for me. They are available from the agents (via a shop). The new wheel sets are sold with the full range of adapters so someone may be able to help you out.
