can you buy these kind of headset bearings at  BMG ?

also what is difference between

 

OD:52xID:40xH:7xA:36

OD:52xID:40xH:7xA:45

You won't get them from BMG.  The difference  between OD:52xID:40xH:7xA:36

OD:52xID:40xH:7xA:45 is the angle at which the bearing contacts the race - one is 45 degrees the other 36 deg. It is best to take the bearing into the shop to make sure that you get the right one because there are a lot of variations of the same thing!  I keep quite a few in stock but we are not exactly neighbours.
