Fantastic service from Cape Cycles and Tool-up Cycles

After a rather unpleasant experience of my Rockshox fork coming apart on a ride, I had the pleasure of dealing with these two companies to get my warranty claim resolved. They were fast and a pleasure to deal with keeping me updated through the process. After dropping my bike at Tool-up cycles Monday 2weeks back, and getting it back the same week Friday with an upgraded air fork, I must say it has left me with confidence that some shops and suppliers are more than willing to go the extra mile. What a fantastic experience and I highly recommend dealing with either of these organisations!
