yes but it was a few years back.  I still use them to compare price against CRC and Wiggle

Yes. My experience was not so great: communication was ok once the order was placed. Unfortunately they used Royal Mail with no means of tracking the parcel, even though a tracking no was supplied. Seems to me that this is a cheaper option. I waited for a long time for my parcel, not sure whether the delay was local or overseas. I tried contacting them on numerous occasion via email to try and find out where my parcel was, but they did not respond. After about 1 month I send an email requesting a refund as I had not received anything. Only then did they respond, but fortunately the parcel was delivered the shortly thereafter. So in short, their pricing is ok, but the whole buying experience was not great for me. Would I use them again? Maybe, but then I would choose a different courier rate

I used them a lot in the past. Last month I ordered a DA Crank. Money went off my credit card. Then I received a mail that my order has been cancelled. Tried to contact them, but no response. Hubbers be warned!
