Du Plessis, Steyn continue DualX dominance

The sporting world often produces names that become synonymous with a discipline like Schumacher of F1, Babe Ruth in Baseball, Gary Player in golf and the fledgling sport of off-road duathlons seems set on the same track. Recent years have seen unprecedented dominance by two athletes in the Momentum Health OatWell DualX powered by PeptoPro series by Brand du Plessis and Andrea Steyn.

This was a fine race. Run routes were technical and hilly - mtb route was challenging with some fun tech bits (pity we didn't do the Pyga run).

 

Weather was great, people were great, registration was a breeze, venue was great - Hakahana is a fine place for an off-road duathlon.
