Which mtb front light

This oke understands.

 

The Chinese ones all tend to be very "spotty" - all the light is focussed in a very tight band in the centre of the beam.

 

The ones in the list above have properly designed optics, much like car headlights, that put the light where you need it. Useful for being able to see around corners and such.

 

But you'll pay through your snout for them.

You can get wide angle drop in lenses(front glass/lens that sits in front of the led) to modify the Chinese ones, screw off the front bezel drop in new lense screw back together, done.

 

Apparently they revolutionise them, check eBay!
