A couple of weeks ago a thread was started , complaining of the lack of service from the Mavic agents ( Dragon Sports ) .

I added in my complaint about the service I received last year .

Gavin from Dragon Sports replied on The Hub to say we must contact him direct .

 

I emailed him and got an  immediate response from him .

 

Even though he is unable to replace my rim , due to the fact that it is 11 years old , he has kept me updated on his attempts to source me a rim .

 

My faith in good service has been restored .

 

Keep up the good service , and open lines of communication Gavin .

Gavin's been a rockstar yeah

Started early this year with the distributor, he mentioned

 

Made some promises too

Good to see action and results too
