The annual Medihelp Bike & Tekkie Challenge takes place in Kuilsrivier on Saturday, 3 September 2016.

This fun event is held in aid of the Jan Kriel School for children with special educational needs, so bring along all your friends and family (including the family dog!) to enjoy some fun in the sun and support this worthy cause.

Mountain bikers can enter the 20 km or 40 km trail along the breathtakingly beautiful routes in the Bottelary Hills Conservancy and Zevenwacht Estate.

Start: 07:00 a.m.

Medals to all finishers within cut-off times.

Prize-giving at 10:45 A.M.

• Hot and cold refreshments are on sale.

• ER24 will provide medical support on all routes and at the venue.

Runners can take part in the 10 km road race and the 5 km fun run with their four-legged friends.

• Mountain biking: No late or race-day entries will be accepted.
• Running: Late entries will be accepted on Friday, 2 September at Jan Kriel School between 12:00 and 18:00. Race-day entries will be accepted on Saturday, 3 September, between 06:00 and 07:45.
