Joburg Eastgate training rides

Hi,

 

I'll be in Joburg next week 19th - till 23rd and was thinking if I should take my road or mountain bike with. I'll be staying at the Garden Court Eastgate and was wonder if there are any training groups close by.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

There are road groups going out from Virgin Active daily, I don't think there's anywhere much to mtb unless you go up to the trails at Modderfontein.
