I find them.narrow for my wide feet when looking for flats - Adidas Terrex flats fit best in the end - got from due south online after trying them in the shop for size.

I wear a size 13 generally with most shoes because they are not wide enough,with the 5/10 a 12 is perfect.

Sidi do not make shoes for flat pedals.

thanks. Thank you for mentioning the 4E size. I never new this. So i googled and viola now i know how to buy shoes in general.

The 5 10s i mentioed above are very wide but some models are not so. If you are looking for running shoes, NB are pretty much the only brand who bring 4E into SA. There are exceptions, but few and far between.

 

In the US you can get 4E in most brands.

I had same problem. Bought shimano shoes. Plenty wide enough. No European brands were wide enough.

I found solution for R700. Wide enough. Water/oul/acid proof. Toe and heel protection. Good grip
