This post came up on my FB page today . . . .

 

"White Nissan Champ bakkie, VKZ 208 GP, stealing bike racks in the Cradle parking areas. I confronted him at Bidon coffee shop this morning and he sped away. Thick set African gentleman with a large tattoo on his shoulder. He wears a cycling shirt to blend in."
