mavic 317 rim needed

My Lbs seems to be having problems getting me this rim for my mtb.(tubeless)

 

I managed to buckle it slightly but no amount of nipple tighetening can pull her straight i have had it in the shop and they have said that they will order me a new one.(its now two weeks) and i hate it when there is something not 100% on my bike it works on my nipples

 

any one out there know where i can source one from please ??
