After 2 years of ownership, I decided my KTM Phinx needed a full service (pivots, headset, etc) and the fork/shock needed to be serviced fully. I dropped the bike off, and from the way the jobcard was made out, the almost instant SMS keeping my updated, I was impressed. Being in no hurry, I told them 10 days was fine, as that would be the next time I was in P-town. 4 days later the techy called and said the bike was done, the headset bearings were poked, some pivot bearings too, and apart from that cables, etc were replaced any everything was hunky dory. The only problem they had was that there was the clicking sound from the crown/steerer of the Fox fork, and they were going to try get it repaired under warranty from Fox, even though the bike was 2 years old. I agreed to this, and was surprised/happy when they called to say it was being warrantied, and I would have a small pay-in for different remote cap, etc.

I really felt like they appreciated my business, that they were committed to giving a well communicated and professional service, and that they were intent on doing this inside of their timeline. I have never had this work done before, so I can't comment on value for money, but judging by other's experiences here on the Hub, the prices for the shock/fork service were reasonable, the prices on all the other parts they used were reasonable, and the labour charged for work involved was IMHO fair.

I will highly recommend them :)
