Looking for a Fox 36 float spring assembly

I've managed to get a older Fox 36 talas for a really good price, but need it to be lowered to 100mm.

Yes the Talas does have travel adjust but its stopped working on the fork i have, so im looking to replace the assembly with one from a float 36 so it can easily be set at 100mm.

 

Does anyone perhaps have a old float or this spare part, or even know of someone they might know that may have this part at their shop. The fork is currently at Stoke in Cape Town and Andrew has already tried to source one here, but maybe someone in JHB or KZN has one lying around?
