quick question, when should one replace their helmet ?

i don't want to compromise my safety if something had to happen, some say 3 years of manufacturing date ? 

 

or is there no real answer ?

 

your help would be greatly appreciated

i think it has to do with how much you ride, sweat and sun it gets. 

 

Heard 2 years for the pro guys. 

 

And if you fall, and the helmet touched the ground it is all over. A helmet is a once of device.

I think there is no real answer to this question.It just depends on your helmet's condition so you gotta chek it.
