The Gem Diamonds Kalahari Challenge is a world-class full-service event. It is only 4 hours from Gauteng but a whole world away.

 

With a limited field event of a maximum of 400 riders, you’ll be able to enjoy the miles and miles of stunning bushveld singletrack, gnarly technical uphills, some Kalahari “sandy Mountains” and hardpack track, uninterrupted.

 

After each days riding is said and done, you’ll be able to kick back in the luxury St. Louis & Castle Lite “Chill Zone”, a hot shower and have a hearty meal before resting your head in fully-equipped canvas tents, complete with mattress, pillows, sheets and blankets!

Riders may enter as a team or as a solo. Vat is included in the fee. Please note the cost for the Challenge or Encounter events are the same price.

STANDARD ENTRY FEE INCLUDES

• Entry into the race
  
• A four man tent (Team) or two man tent (Solo) with mattress and bedding (sheets, pillow & blankets)
  
• Friday lunch & dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner and Sunday breakfast at overnight campsite
  
• Goodie bag & event t-shirt, plus loads of extras.
  

Please note accommodation and meals for guests (non-riders) are not provided. Visitors are allowed in the campsite between race start until 4pm.
