Hip flexor issue when running

There are many little muscles and tendons there and I am guessing here but: You probably have very strong quads and weak glutes this creates tension in the front of the hip, also let them chack your TFL and google a thing called gilmore's groin.

Go to a good bio and see what they can do.

I plan on working on the strength aspect. I looked up gilmore's groin and it isn't the same type of pain I am referring to. But thanks

So, I now have a new issue :(

Did the parkrun yesterday and almost managed the full 5km (4.2km) without hipflexor issues. So the rest and strength training is paying off.

However, as I crossed the finish line, I rolled my ankle somehow- I can't even remember how/when I did it- and now I have pain in my ankle/foot area. I cannot stand on my sore foot and walking is painful. I just want to give up now. If it's not one thing, it's another :(
