MTB Trails near Strand with bike rentals

Hi hubbers

I am in the Strand from 3-7 April, and would love to hit some easy\moderate trails near the Strand area.

 

I won't be bringing my bike with, so I am looking for a place that has rental bikes.

 

Closer to Strand would be better, since that would give me more time to ride. On strict time limitations as imposed by the wife-boss, so don't want to drive too far.
