Resurrecting this again.

 

Tarmac what did you end up getting?

 

I just bought the First Ascent Dry-Lite but now I see the CapeStorm Vantage 2.0 but can't find info on it.

The 1.0 model was only half as breathable and waterproof 5000 vs 10000 water head rating as the FA jacket so unless the new one has improved on that I'm keeping the FA.

 

The CS has a better fit as there's a XS. 200 bucks cheaper too and I like the hand pockets and rubber cuff strap.

has better inside and chest pockets too. Need to order the right colour though.

 

The FA has front venting and a better hood stash and adjustment system together with the better material, cooler colour as well. Zip garage is also nice with the fleece lining.
