The two-day journey that is the 2017 dusi2c sees riders twist and turns from Camps Drift, Pietermaritzburg to Blue Lagoon, Durban and this year's race looms on the horizon!

Day one route: Camps Drift, Pietermaritzburg - Mfula Store, Mngeni Valley (75km)

Day two route: Mfula Store, Mngeni Valley - Blue Lagoon, Durban (68km)

Overview:

 

The dusi2c is a two-day mountain biking stage race that sees teams of two start at Camps Drift in Pietermaritzburg and, after following as much of the iconic Dusi Canoe Marathon's route, finish at Blue Lagoon in Durban.

 

Background:

 

Having started in 2013, Farmer Glen hopes to welcome riders to the event in 2017 that want to get back to the basics of mountain biking. The fifth edition of the dusi2c that is set to take place in June 2017.

 

121km of testing climbs through the globally renowned Valley of a Thousand Hills as well as the combination of sections of exciting, purposefully built single track and naturally made cattle paths make for a fascinating route along the Msundusi and Mngeni Rivers from Pietermaritzburg to Durban.
