MTB Trails GPS

Is there an app that will work like the GPS we use every day when driving, but that provides MTB trail functionality ie that can guide one through MTB trails.

 

I'm looking to be guided through a set of trails using something like a Garmin, Bryton or even smartphone....

I've used Viewranger, but then you meed to get the gpx files of the trails.
