Shocking service

I am quite disappointed with the service from Omnico in regards with fox shocks.

Not in as far as service delivery but in skill of their work.

They are the distributor and service centre for a major international brand yet struggles.

I had a warranty issue with my shock and sent it in for a service. ( they honored warranty). When I received the shock week a later the issue was still there. Knocking on lockout with movement. So sent the shock in again. Received it back a week or so later. This was around the 4th of june. While checking my bike for tomorrows ride I noticed I am not getting full travel. Deflated the shock and behold it can't reach full travel.

I though I was just not riding hard enough.

So out of the 57mm travel I am running 6mm short.

Is this acceptable from them?

You might have a 200x51 instead of a 200x57? 

There's also that bottom out bumper that could be preventing full travel? I dunno. 

Droo should be able to clear thing up. But its Saturday night. And he's probably knee
