If you have an aversion for fighting cars much harder than yourself (and you aren't a big fan of the cold) like I do, you do your training indoors.

 

I have a thing for riding the race routes before the day, so I've created all (but 3) of the Cape Town Cycle Tour qualifying races as routes in VirtualTraining.

 

Search for provulo and you'll find 25 routes to ride (with a few more to follow).

It refers to the Rouvy app. If you search for routes on the site and type in Provulo, you'll get a whole list. https://rouvy.com/en/

VirtualTraining changed name to Rouvy.  So read the title as ROUVY routes and it makes more sense....

Used it last night for the first time. Haven't tried the video feed yet. Still need to get the trainer dialed in. Feel like the rear wheel is slipping every now and then (unless that's normal?)
