Anatomic and Rapid (Cape Town) do corporate clothing.  They will help with the design and mock up.  I think ten shirts is the smallest run they willing to do.  You could also buy "blank" white shirts from them.  In most cases the chamois is sourced internationally and bibs are made locally.
