Hi Guys

Some input, above bike has 2 spider cracks in head tube, otherwise whilst old model bike, is still in very good condition.

Do I sell it as is for spares or do I strip and sell off parts for people who may still need shimano slx/ deore set-up.

I wouldn't sell a bike where there are cracks in the head tube. I would strip it down and sell off the parts.

 

I find it strange that it is equipped with SLX Deore parts. These are mountain bike parts.

 

Does it have proper road shifters or flat bar shifters.

Sorry Eugene, you are right - that's the hardtail I just sold. Roadbike has Shimano Tiagra 9 speed set up, with proper road shifters. Ok I will strip down and see what can be sold.
