Stanford Trails?

I am going away to Standford next weekend and wondering if it's worth taking a bike and what kind of riding is in the area. My preference is for single track trail / enduro / AM type routes rather than 100kms on jeep track before breakfast.

Best to be dropped of in Tesselaarsdal, buy a permit for the Haarkapper at the postoffice and do the track over the mountain towards Stanford.

That and then the routes outside Gansbaai see the post by Goosebay.

Also very nice single track out at Beloftebos.
