Uploading pics to Strava on a PC

Hi all I noticed at the beginning of the year you can now upload and add pics to your Strava ride on your Desktop/PC...until then you could only do so using Android.

So after trying unsuccessfully for a couple of rides(it just keeps trying to load ,but never gets anywhere) I dropped the pic size and eventually succeeded in loading some low res ride pics.

So anyone know the size cap on the Pics 2meg-3meg?
