  1. City side deer path side and blockhouse has had some incedents ...Kistenbosch through Cecilia forest Greenbelt and Tokai MTbike trails have all been incedent free for a couple of years however this is South Africa so not 100% qarenteed .H
  2. Thanks for all the replys ,much appreciated,I'll review the boring small print on the Vitaliy page on the desktop ...so it seems that the weekly goal cap has changed and can cap at 1200😲...this can be adjusted for diagnosed medical conditions. My wife was battling to achieve her goal due to health so we'll have to persue a medical re-evaluation and possible adjustment. πŸ™‚ I still enjoy the Vitaliy benifit and get around R3000 or 30000 vitality rewards just from my weakly exercise achievements for the year .It pays for my annual Strave premium acount and and I have left to purchase a Christmas pressenf for myself at one of the retailreward participants. Have a great Weekend H.

  5. Hi Shaper ...heart rate and monitering aside ,that's not my issue ...i regularlly excede the 1200 points awarded exrcise for the week ,will accumulate for the years total (36000 points )...however my wealky goal remains at 600 points required for the week ..in order to get my one play tile reward...it jumps to 600 from the beginning of the year and stays there. My wife on the otherhand has had the goal increasing ...she was on 200 and then it up progressively and is now sitting on 750?..if she now does extra exercise for the week and achieves 800 are they pushing her weekly goal to 800? Chers H
  6. Hi all ,Discovery weakly goal amount 600 points was the max...regardless if you did 1200 for the week your goal was only 600 ....my wife doesn't exercises as frequentlly as I do and all a sudden her weekly goal is being pushed up and currently is at 750 ?? My cap is still 600 very weird . On query she was told if she didnt exercise for two weeks it would go down 🀣bit of a conundrum as the whole point of the rewards are to encourage you to exercise . Anybody else experiencing similair issues . Sorry if this question has been raised recentlly aftef seaching forems i can't seem to see anything similar

  8. I'm looking for a sweep handlebar, preferably the. They were available locally at around R850 ,but after inquiring from many bike shops it seems they have all been sold. the Agent says they should be getting stock in at the beginning of the year. but you guys know how it goes when you got your sights set on a specific part. Yes its available from quite a few sources overseas ..but the postage is double the cost. Please contact me if you have a set for sale. Howard.

  12. Hi there pulling the btakes and rocking the bike will always give the impression that there is play in the fork ,turn the bike upside down or clamp in stand and then move the fork lowers back and forth.

If all else fails...Switch on and off 😊A friend of mine had a shudder on his disks after coming back from the LBS...after trying every thing we removed the disks...cleaned re-seated the disk tightening the screws like you would a car wheel ..every second bolt in rotation. worked like a charm .
