I did a few rides with them years ago. Super bunch of people, but i found it quite frustratingly due to lots of stopping.

Maybe the club was smaller then and they did not cater for different abilities?

Website claims they have over 150 members and different ability groups, would like to know if this is the case.......................

Search "Woesrand MTB" on Facebook. It's a very casual group and not a club. I usually join them for rides on Saturdays from Silverstar Casino. The group usually split into about 3 smaller groups, doing an average of 18km/h over 60-80km. Great bunch riding together.

 

They also do rides on Tuesdays and Fridays in and around the Cradle as well as Avianto.

 

Ask them on FB to add you to the whatsapp group.

A brilliant club to ride with. They have four groups, green slow and fun with stops relaxed and perfect for new ladies and men newbies 18 to 26 km. Yellow is faster a lot less stops and both good for fit newbies of fit riders 30 km average. Red faster more serious and few stops 39 km. Blues fast race snakes teaming and traning for stage races, 50 to 55 km. Note lots of ladies and more welcome there a level of ride and for your fitness for all! Welcome age 25-45 if you just want to experience different trials of get fit for Sani this is the club. The BEST PART A NEW TRIAL A WEEK!!! Not same boaring trials.

 

No group is less then 7 for safety and no egos, just fun riding. Strongly Recomeded. This has helped me complete three stage races that I though were impossible. Fun people and caring and welcoming.

 

Must have tubeless , helmet , glasses and bottle of drink ! Plus a smile.
