Sigma Rox 11.0

I am looking to buy a new computer. I had a very basic polar RC3GPS unit that broke this weekend because of impact.

I am looking at the Sigma Rox 11.0, it seems price wise it is a good option and i went through some reviews that was also quite positive.

One thing i couldn't find info on is, can the unit operate during charge?
