I e-mailed the NiteCoreSA team three days for the C2T race - an overnight adventure that I was panic-buying for - asking about headlamps. Louis responded in minutes to my request for info - with everything that I had asked about, including better alternatives, spare batteries and costs. When I placed the order, the stock was delivered the next morning. As for the headlamp itself - I used it for 13 solid hours, on a lowish, but very suitable light setting - and the battery showed no sign of slowing down. It sat perfectly on my helmet, was easy to operate and the light focus was fantastic. It feels like a good quality and solid piece of equipment, that can be used for many different overnight sports. In summary - a full 5/5 to the team for both their assistance and the product itself.
